Who I am
I’ve spent 15 years working across business strategy, design, and construction; and now I use that knowledge to protect businesses from making expensive real estate mistakes. I founded Made For (Australia’s largest specialist workplace design studio) to rethink workplace design from the inside out, starting with how teams move, meet, and make decisions. Today, I help business leaders make smart, strategic workplace decisions that drive performance and profit, not just aesthetics.

I provide fast, strategic cost guidance so you don’t waste time or money heading down the wrong path. I break your project into manageable stages that balance disruption, cost, and ROI. We can often work with your current landlord to get a mid-lease contribution to your project.

Tenant Rep Team-Up
Already have a tenant rep? Great. Don’t? I’ll help you find the right one. I work alongside your representative to assess the physical suitability of shortlisted sites, looking at existing conditions, incentives, and potential fitout cost or limitations.
How I do it
I start by questioning the norm - how a workplace should function, how it reflects its people, and how design can drive business outcomes. I take a hands-on approach, working closely with teams to uncover challenges, define opportunities, and build creative frameworks that lead to real impact.
At Made For, this means developing tailored, hard-working solutions that go beyond aesthetics. For Nuix Headquarters, I used narrative-driven design to explore their brand legacy through ‘good vs. evil.’ At Symal, I redefined balance by blending grounded elements with modern fluidity. And for NetApp, I embraced the concept of ‘positive glitch,’ using disruption as a tool for innovation. By pushing boundaries and staying deeply involved in every stage of the process, I turn big ideas into practical, meaningful spaces.
